This organization is a national construction industry trade association founded on the merit shop philosophy. Several members of our leadership team have graduated from ABC's Apprentice program.

Our Leadership

Frank C. Listmann,
President

Mr. Frank Listmann graduated from Severna Park High School in 1967. In 1969 he enlisted in the United States Navy and completed three tours to Vietnam. After serving his country, he was employed with John W. Tieder and enrolled with the ABC for his apprentice program. Frank graduated in 1975, and in 1977 B & L Electric Co., Inc. became a registered corporation. His commitment to our military is strong and he hopes to employ more of the best of our country.

Frank K. Listmann, Superintendent Of Field Operations

Mr. Listmann has over 20 years of experience and served as the foreman on a wide range of commercial projects, including auto dealerships, supermarkets, hotels, and restaurants. He was responsible for overseeing these projects from start-to-finish. He is also a graduate of the ABC Apprentice program.

Harry Amos,
Senior Estimator/Project Coordinator

Mr. Amos' diverse experience includes working as a field electrician with extensive knowledge of the fire alarm industry and commercial electrical contracting applications. He was promoted to Junior Estimator and then elevated to his current role. He is a graduate of the ABC Apprentice program.
