Why Choose Us
B&L Electric has been in business since 1977. This strong company history was founded upon a commitment to our clients and employees alike. We believe that by investing in our employees, we will be able to provide better service to each and every client. To demonstrate this commitment, B&L offers a tuition reimbursement program for individuals who decide to further their education in the electrical field. This kind of investment in our staff is evident in our daily operations and on-the-job work performance.
B&L is also committed to our industry, through our membership and affiliation with the Chesapeake chapter of The Associated Builders and Contractors, Inc. (ABC). This organization is a national construction industry trade association founded on the merit shop philosophy, which helps members develop people, win work and deliver that work safely, ethically, profitably and for the betterment of the communities in which ABC and its members work. Several members of our leadership team have graduated from ABC’s Apprentice program.
